Data collected
- 1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to users of ckey.vn. For any request concerning personal data, please contact support@ckey.vn.
- 1.2 Account information supplied by the Customer, including email address, username, display name and contact details.
- 1.3 Transaction information, including top-ups, balance, payments, service usage history and refunds. The payment currency is Vietnamese Dong.
- 1.4 Data generated when the Customer uses the services, to the extent necessary to provide the services, calculate charges, ensure security and handle incidents; together with the content the Customer sends to the support team.
Purposes and scope of use
- 2.1 To create, verify and manage accounts; to provide, maintain and protect the computer and GPU rental, AI API and proxy services provided directly by CKEY.
- 2.2 To record usage, calculate charges, and process payments, balances and refund requests.
- 2.3 To verify top-up transactions, gift codes and the referral programme, and to keep the transaction history in the Customer's account.
- 2.4 To support Customers and resolve complaints; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents; and to comply with lawful requests from competent authorities.
- 2.5 CKEY does not use personal data for any purpose other than those stated above.
Retention period
- 3.1 CKEY does not apply a single retention period to all types of data. The retention period is determined by the purpose of collection and by legal obligations still in force. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and the retention obligation has ended, the data is deleted, destroyed or converted into a non-identifiable form.
- 3.2 Account data is retained for as long as the account is active and for the period necessary after termination to handle transactions, disputes and outstanding obligations.
- 3.3 Payment and transaction data is retained for the period necessary for accounting, tax, dispute resolution and applicable law.
- 3.4 Support and complaint data is retained for the period necessary to handle the request and to evidence the outcome of its resolution.
- 3.5 High-volume operational data may be deleted once it is no longer needed, except for data relating to disputes, security or lawful requests from competent authorities.
Parties who may have access
- 4.1 CKEY and CKEY's personnel, with access rights granted according to job requirements.
- 4.2 Banks and payment support providers, to the extent necessary to execute and confirm the Customer's transactions.
- 4.3 Technical infrastructure providers and Providers of input resources, only to the extent necessary to deliver the services requested by the Customer; together with providers supporting security, storage and system operation, to the extent necessary.
- 4.4 Competent state authorities, upon lawful request.
- 4.5 CKEY does not sell, rent out or trade the Customer's personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Security measures
- 5.1 CKEY applies connection encryption, control and permissioning of administrative access, protection of passwords and authentication credentials, monitoring of abnormal access, backup of necessary data, and restriction of access rights according to job requirements.
Accessing, correcting, deleting and restricting the processing of data
- 6.1 The Customer may view and correct the permitted information themselves in their own account area on ckey.vn.
- 6.2 For information that cannot be corrected by the Customer, the Customer sends a request from their registered email address to support@ckey.vn or via the online support channels published by CKEY. CKEY may require verification of the account holder; after verification, CKEY corrects the data or notifies the reason why the correction cannot be made.
- 6.3 Requests to delete or restrict the processing of data must be sent from the registered email address and must clearly identify the account and the data concerned. CKEY verifies identity and reviews the scope of the request; data that is no longer necessary may be deleted, anonymised or restricted from processing.
- 6.4 Data relating to transactions, security, fraud or disputes, or data that must be retained under the law, may not be deleted immediately. CKEY notifies the outcome of processing or the reason why the request can only be partially fulfilled.
Data complaints and policy updates
- 7.1 Complaints and requests concerning data are received via email at support@ckey.vn and via the online channels published by CKEY, including Telegram, Zalo and Discord.
- 7.2 CKEY acknowledges receipt of a data-related request or complaint within 02 working days. Ordinary requests are expected to be resolved within 07 working days. Complex cases may take longer but no more than 30 working days; CKEY will notify the requester of the progress.
- 7.3 When submitting a request, the Customer should state their account name, registered email address and a clear description of the request so that CKEY can verify and process it.
- 7.4 Cookie files and login sessions are used to maintain the logged-in state and to remember preferences such as the display language. The Customer may delete or block cookie files through their browser, but doing so may affect the ability to log in.
- 7.5 This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the services, to operations or to legal requirements. New versions are published on ckey.vn together with the update date.
