Terms of Service at ckey.vn

• 1.1 Customers are legally responsible for all data when using GPU rental services at ckey.vn. Customers must comply with laws, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity regulations, and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities are detailed in Section 8. If violated, the customer bears full legal responsibility independent of ckey.vn.
• 1.2 Customers are responsible for protecting account information, passwords, and related service information. If any unauthorized access is detected, customers must notify us immediately for timely support.
• 1.3 Customers must protect their own data and source code on ckey.vn systems. We are not responsible for data loss caused by the customer’s failure to follow security measures or factors beyond our control.
• 1.4 Customers commit not to allow third parties to access their service without authorization or use the service for illegal purposes.
• 1.5 Customers commit to fully comply with obligations in the service agreement and attachments.
• 1.6 Customers may suspend service use if ckey.vn violates commitments in the agreement.

• 2.1 ckey.vn commits to provide services as agreed in the contract and attachments. Any service changes will be notified in a timely manner.
• 2.2 ckey.vn commits to protecting customers’ personal information and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by authorities or authorized by the customer.
• 2.3 ckey.vn will resolve customer complaints about service quality within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.
• 2.4 ckey.vn is not responsible for data loss when the customer loses data or data is destroyed by third parties beyond the customer’s control.
• 2.5 ckey.vn may apply suspension or termination measures in accordance with Section 3 if the customer violates the contract or these Terms of Service.
• 2.6 Technical support: ckey.vn provides support via phone, email, live chat, etc.
• 2.7 ckey.vn commits to process refunds under the policy in Section 12 if it fails to meet service commitments as agreed.

• 3.1 Services may be suspended or terminated by mutual agreement or when the service contract expires.
• 3.2 ckey.vn may suspend or terminate the service contract if the customer violates the contract terms or fails to pay service fees on time.
• 3.3 Customers are responsible for backing up data before termination. After termination, we are not responsible for data recovery.

• 4.1 ckey.vn provides customer support through multiple channels such as phone, live chat, email, etc.
• 4.2 For high-security needs, customers can contact us via email at [email protected]

We commit to protecting all customer personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

• Customers may pay via: online ATM card payments or bank transfers.

• 7.1 ckey.vn is not responsible for events of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or events beyond our control.
• 7.2 In the event of force majeure, both parties are exempt from liability for damages.
• 7.3 If force majeure lasts more than 30 working days, either party may unilaterally terminate the contract.

• 8.1 It is strictly prohibited to use the service for spam, SMTP abuse, SMS spam, comment spam, or any form of unauthorized bulk messaging.
• 8.2 It is strictly prohibited to scan, probe, exploit vulnerabilities, brute-force, or attack other systems in any form.
• 8.3 It is strictly prohibited to use the service as a public proxy/VPN, botnet, relay, or to conceal identity for illegal activities.
• 8.4 It is strictly prohibited to mine cryptocurrency, train models that infringe copyright, distribute malware, phishing, financial fraud, or activities that risk the platform or third parties.
• 8.5 ckey.vn may apply temporary resource limits to protect the system when abnormal or harmful activity is detected.

• 9.1 When a report is received from an ISP/third party or the system detects violations, ckey.vn may suspend the server/session to investigate.
• 9.2 ckey.vn will notify the customer within a reasonable time after suspension, except for urgent cases to reduce risk.
• 9.3 If a violation is confirmed, ckey.vn may terminate the service and refuse future service.
• 9.4 Violation-related data may be retained for investigation at the request of competent authorities.

• 10.1 Providers warrant legal ownership of resources supplied and ensure resources do not violate laws or third-party rights.
• 10.2 Providers must maintain stable infrastructure, keep security updates, and comply with the AUP.
• 10.3 Providers must not access or interfere with customer data/operations beyond authorized support scope.
• 10.4 Provider revenue is recorded per platform billing rules; withdrawals follow the current withdrawal policy.
• 10.5 Providers bear sole legal responsibility for the legality, accuracy, quality, safety, and intellectual property rights of all resources, models, APIs, services, and content they list or supply through the platform. Providers warrant they hold all necessary licenses, copyrights, and rights to grant end-user access; ckey.vn does not independently verify, warrant, or assume liability on behalf of Providers for such content.
• 10.6 Providers are solely responsible for taxes, invoicing, declarations, and any other financial obligations arising from their revenue under applicable law. ckey.vn merely records and disburses Provider revenue acting as an intermediary in accordance with Section 13.
• 10.7 Providers agree to indemnify and hold ckey.vn harmless against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from their resources violating laws, infringing copyright, or causing harm to customers or third parties.

• 11.1 The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ckey.vn does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• 11.2 ckey.vn is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from service use.
• 11.3 In any case, ckey.vn’s total liability (if any) will not exceed the total fees paid by the customer for the service in the last 30 days.

• 12.1 Services are billed per hour or by configuration depending on the service type. Charges are deducted automatically during usage.
• 12.2 Refunds apply only when ckey.vn fails to provide the service as committed or for severe system faults, and customers must submit requests within a reasonable time.
• 12.3 No refunds are provided for customer violations, suspensions/terminations due to violations, or voluntary cancellations.
• 12.4 ckey.vn may refuse refunds in case of payment fraud or invalid refund requests.

• 13.1 ckey.vn operates as a neutral marketplace platform that connects compute/GPU resources, APIs, AI models, and related services between Providers and customers. ckey.vn does not own, create, or operate most of the third-party resources listed by Providers, and does not independently verify any descriptions, specifications, or quality claims published by Providers.
• 13.2 For resources offered by third-party Providers, the underlying service contract is formed between the customer and the Provider. ckey.vn is not the direct provider of resources/services supplied by Providers, unless otherwise indicated on the platform. ckey.vn provides platform infrastructure, routing tools, usage metering (tokenization/usage), billing, and payment processing.
• 13.3 Payments are processed by ckey.vn acting as a limited collection and disbursement agent: customers pay funds into their platform wallet/balance, ckey.vn records consumption based on usage, and disburses the corresponding revenue to the Provider after deducting platform fees, transaction fees, valid refunds, indemnification obligations, and any taxes mandated by applicable law.
• 13.4 ckey.vn may hold, delay, or offset payouts to a Provider in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, customer disputes, terms violations, or requests from competent authorities or payment service providers. In the event of a confirmed chargeback or payment fraud, ckey.vn may claw back amounts previously credited to the Provider.
• 13.5 Disputes regarding the quality, availability, accuracy, copyright infringement, or legality of resources supplied by a Provider shall be resolved directly between the customer and that Provider. ckey.vn may, on a best-effort basis, mediate and provide usage data (logs, metering) to assist resolution, but does not assume liability on behalf of the Provider.
• 13.6 ckey.vn reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, restrict, remove, disable, or refuse to list any Provider resource that shows signs of legal violation, terms violation, customer harm, or system risk, with or without prior notice.
• 13.7 Customers acknowledge and agree that when consuming resources from a third-party Provider, they are entering into an arrangement with that Provider; rights and obligations between the customer and the Provider are governed concurrently by these Terms and any Provider-specific terms published on the platform (where applicable).
