Services and CKEY's role
- 1.1 CKEY provides three groups of services: computer and GPU rental; AI API; proxy. The description, price and usage limits of each service are published on the corresponding service page.
- 1.2 CKEY directly provides the services, sets prices, collects payment and enters into contracts with Customers. The service contract is formed solely between the Customer and CKEY.
- 1.3 Providers only supply input resources to CKEY. A Provider has no right to offer services for sale, enter into contracts, collect payment or issue documents to Customers, and Customers do not pay Providers.
- 1.4 CKEY may change, add to or replace input resources in order to ensure service quality. Such changes do not alter CKEY's obligations towards the Customer.
Rights and obligations of the two parties
- 2.1 CKEY publishes the service description, price and usage limits before the Customer confirms a service order, and charges only at the price displayed.
- 2.2 CKEY operates the services safely and stably within its capability and protects Customers' personal data in accordance with the law.
- 2.3 CKEY receives and handles Customers' support requests, feedback and complaints through the channels it has published.
- 2.4 CKEY has the right to apply measures to prevent abuse, fraud or unlawful conduct, and to cooperate with the competent authorities upon lawful request.
- 2.5 CKEY publishes the applicable conditions of any promotion, gift code or referral programme it runs.
- 2.6 The Customer is entitled to be informed of the service description, price and usage limits; to choose among the services and payment methods currently supported; to request support, to complain, and to have their personal data protected.
- 2.7 The Customer provides accurate registration information and pays in full the fees for the services used at the displayed price.
- 2.8 The Customer keeps their account and access credentials secure, is responsible for all activity arising from their account, and is responsible for the content and the purpose of their use of the services.
Pricing policy
- 3.1 The price displayed on ckey.vn is the price the Customer pays to CKEY. CKEY is the party that sets the price and collects the payment; the Provider is not a direct seller to the Customer.
- 3.2 The payment currency is Vietnamese Dong. Foreign-currency equivalents, where displayed, are for reference only.
- 3.3 The displayed price is the final price, inclusive of any taxes and financial obligations that CKEY must fulfil under the law. CKEY collects no amount beyond the displayed price.
- 3.4 Depending on the service, the price may be calculated by usage time, by configuration, by actual usage or by package. The calculation method for each service is shown on that service's page.
- 3.5 The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the Customer begins using the service. A new price applies only to usage arising after that price takes effect.
- 3.6 The transaction history in the account is the basis for the Customer to monitor and reconcile. Records or invoices are provided by CKEY in accordance with applicable law.
- 3.7 The services are provided online in digital form; no shipping fee arises.
Payment policy
- 4.1 The Customer tops up by bank transfer following the instructions on the top-up page. The balance is credited to the account once the transaction has been confirmed.
- 4.2 Customers abroad who cannot make a domestic bank transfer may contact the support channel for top-up instructions. This channel is handled manually and the time required depends on the verification process.
- 4.3 The account balance is prepaid service credit used to pay for services provided directly by CKEY. The balance is not a deposit, an e-wallet, escrowed property, or an amount CKEY collects on a Provider's behalf, and it cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- 4.4 Service fees are deducted from the balance according to the package selected or the usage recorded by the system.
- 4.5 If a top-up transaction has not been credited, the Customer provides the transfer receipt for CKEY to check and resolve.
- 4.6 Gift codes and credit from referral programmes issued by CKEY may be used only to pay for services, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred, unless the programme states otherwise.
Method of service delivery
- 5.1 Once the service order is completed, CKEY grants the corresponding access rights or usage information. The term, suitable devices and usage limits are shown for each service.
- 5.2 The Customer must have suitable equipment and connectivity to use the services, and must back up their own important data.
- 5.3 Service usage information is available for the Customer to view in their account on ckey.vn.
Conditions and restrictions on use
- 6.1 The services are provided online and may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, a shortage of input resources, security reasons, force majeure events or legal requirements.
- 6.2 The services are provided in areas where the law, payment conditions and infrastructure permit. Certain input resources or regions may be unavailable in some countries.
- 6.3 Users must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. A person who does not meet these conditions may use the services only through a lawful representative.
- 6.4 Usage limits apply differently to each service and each account as displayed. Where a limit is exceeded, usage requests may be refused or the service may be suspended.
- 6.5 CKEY does not guarantee that every input resource or every configuration is always available. CKEY may substitute an equivalent resource or discontinue an unstable one.
- 6.6 The Customer must not use the services to send spam, scan, attack systems, carry out phishing, distribute malicious code, commit fraud or perform any unlawful act.
- 6.7 CKEY has the right to suspend a service for investigation where there are signs of a violation, and to terminate the service if the violation is confirmed.
Support, feedback and complaints
- 7.1 The Customer contacts CKEY by email at support@ckey.vn or through the online channels published by CKEY. For matters concerning accounts, transactions and charging, CKEY recommends using email.
- 7.2 The Customer submits the request together with the account name, the service concerned, the time of occurrence, a description of the matter and evidence if available.
- 7.3 CKEY confirms receipt, checks the information stored on its system, and then notifies the outcome or the proposed resolution. Where a request is not accepted, CKEY states the reasons.
- 7.4 Remedies may include: fixing the fault, reissuing the service, substituting an equivalent input resource, extending the usage period, adjusting an incorrectly recorded transaction, granting service credit, or considering a refund.
- 7.5 Expected handling times: initial response within 02 working days; matters concerning accounts, access and payment within 07 working days; matters concerning usage levels, charging and technical faults within 15 working days; complex cases within a maximum of 30 working days, with CKEY notifying progress.
- 7.6 Requests that require a look-up of data specific to an account must be sent from the registered email address so that the account holder can be verified. The Customer must not send access credentials to public chat groups.
- 7.7 If the Customer does not agree with the outcome, they have the right to complain again or to seek resolution in accordance with the law.
Suspension, termination and refunds
- 8.1 A service may terminate when: the usage term expires; the balance is no longer sufficient; the Customer chooses to stop; the Customer breaches these Terms; there are signs of fraud or a security risk; there is a lawful request; the input resource can no longer be supplied; or a force majeure event occurs.
- 8.2 The Customer may stop a computer rental service themselves on the management page. In other cases, the Customer submits a request through the support channel. Termination takes effect when the system records the service as stopped or when CKEY confirms the request has been completed. CKEY acknowledges receipt within 02 working days and expects to process the request within 07 working days. Fees incurred before termination remain payable.
- 8.3 Account deletion is not currently a self-service function. The Customer sends a request from the registered email address for CKEY to verify and process.
- 8.4 Warning: when the balance is no longer sufficient, a computer rental service may be stopped and deleted, resulting in the loss of data on the machine. The Customer is responsible for monitoring the balance and making their own backups. CKEY does not undertake to give prior notice or to retain data after a service has been deleted.
- 8.5 The portion of services already used is not refundable. Unused balance is not refunded automatically; CKEY may consider a refund if the Customer submits a request within 07 days of the relevant top-up transaction.
- 8.6 A refund is net of the services already used, promotional credit, bank fees and actual costs incurred. CKEY may withhold or refuse a refund where there are signs of fraud, a payment dispute, a breach of these Terms, or where required by law.
- 8.7 Where a fault occurs, CKEY may fix the fault, reissue the service, substitute an equivalent input resource, extend the usage period or grant service credit before considering a refund.
- 8.8 The provisions above do not limit the Customer's mandatory rights under applicable law.
Limitation of liability and general provisions
- 9.1 The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. CKEY does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose of the Customer.
- 9.2 For the AI API service, CKEY does not warrant the accuracy or the legal compliance of the results obtained. The Customer must check the results themselves before using them or relying on them to make decisions.
- 9.3 The Customer is responsible for their choice of service, configuration, data and backup method, and for assessing how far the service suits their needs.
- 9.4 To the extent permitted by law, CKEY is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or loss of or damage to data. CKEY's total liability does not exceed the fees actually deducted for the affected service in the 30 days before the event arose.
- 9.5 Both parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure as provided by law, and shall notify each other within a reasonable time when such an event occurs.
- 9.6 The Customer's personal data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on ckey.vn.
- 9.7 These Terms may be updated. Material changes that are adverse to the Customer will be notified in advance within a reasonable time; continued use of the services after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the updated content.
- 9.8 These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The two parties shall give priority to negotiation and conciliation; if the matter cannot be resolved, it shall be brought before the competent authority of Vietnam.
