Terms of Service at ckey.vn

When using services at ckey.vn, we encourage customers to read and understand our Terms of Service. This helps customers understand the rules and conditions we set, creating the best service experience for all parties. We commit to a transparent and fair service environment where all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

1.Customer Responsibilities

• 1.1. Customers are legally responsible for all data when using GPU rental services at ckey.vn. Customers must comply with laws, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity regulations, and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities are detailed in Section 8. If violated, the customer bears full legal responsibility independent of ckey.vn.


• 1.2. Customers are responsible for protecting account information, passwords, and related service information. If any unauthorized access is detected, customers must notify us immediately for timely support.


• 1.3. Customers must protect their own data and source code on ckey.vn systems. We are not responsible for data loss caused by the customer’s failure to follow security measures or factors beyond our control.


• 1.4. Customers commit not to allow third parties to access their service without authorization or use the service for illegal purposes.


• 1.5. Customers commit to fully comply with obligations in the service agreement and attachments.


• 1.6. Customers may suspend service use if ckey.vn violates commitments in the agreement.

2.Responsibilities of ckey.vn

• 2.1. ckey.vn commits to provide services as agreed in the contract and attachments. Any service changes will be notified in a timely manner.


• 2.2. ckey.vn commits to protecting customers’ personal information and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by authorities or authorized by the customer.


• 2.3. ckey.vn will resolve customer complaints about service quality within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.


• 2.4. ckey.vn is not responsible for data loss when the customer loses data or data is destroyed by third parties beyond the customer’s control.


• 2.5. ckey.vn may apply suspension or termination measures in accordance with Section 3 if the customer violates the contract or these Terms of Service.


• 2.6. Technical support: ckey.vn provides support via phone, email, live chat, etc.


• 2.7. ckey.vn commits to process refunds under the policy in Section 12 if it fails to meet service commitments as agreed.

3.Service Suspension and Termination

• 3.1. Services may be suspended or terminated by mutual agreement or when the service contract expires.


• 3.2. ckey.vn may suspend or terminate the service contract if the customer violates the contract terms or fails to pay service fees on time.


• 3.3. Customers are responsible for backing up data before termination. After termination, we are not responsible for data recovery.

4.Customer Support

• 4.1. ckey.vn provides customer support through multiple channels such as phone, live chat, email, etc.

5.Customer Information Security

We commit to protecting all customer personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

6.Payment Methods

• Customers may pay via: online ATM card payments or bank transfers.

7.Force Majeure

• 7.1. ckey.vn is not responsible for events of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or events beyond our control.


• 7.2. In the event of force majeure, both parties are exempt from liability for damages.


• 7.3. If force majeure lasts more than 30 working days, either party may unilaterally terminate the contract.

8.Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• 8.1. It is strictly prohibited to use the service for spam, SMTP abuse, SMS spam, comment spam, or any form of unauthorized bulk messaging.


• 8.2. It is strictly prohibited to scan, probe, exploit vulnerabilities, brute-force, or attack other systems in any form.


• 8.3. It is strictly prohibited to use the service as a public proxy/VPN, botnet, relay, or to conceal identity for illegal activities.


• 8.4. It is strictly prohibited to mine cryptocurrency, train models that infringe copyright, distribute malware, phishing, financial fraud, or activities that risk the platform or third parties.


• 8.5. ckey.vn may apply temporary resource limits to protect the system when abnormal or harmful activity is detected.

9.Abuse and Report Handling

• 9.1. When a report is received from an ISP/third party or the system detects violations, ckey.vn may suspend the server/session to investigate.


• 9.2. ckey.vn will notify the customer within a reasonable time after suspension, except for urgent cases to reduce risk.


• 9.3. If a violation is confirmed, ckey.vn may terminate the service and refuse future service.


• 9.4. Violation-related data may be retained for investigation at the request of competent authorities.

10.Provider Terms

• 10.1. Providers warrant legal ownership of resources supplied and ensure resources do not violate laws or third-party rights.


• 10.2. Providers must maintain stable infrastructure, keep security updates, and comply with the AUP.


• 10.3. Providers must not access or interfere with customer data/operations beyond authorized support scope.


• 10.4. Provider revenue is recorded per platform billing rules; withdrawals follow the current withdrawal policy.

11.Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• 11.1. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ckey.vn does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.


• 11.2. ckey.vn is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from service use.


• 11.3. In any case, ckey.vn’s total liability (if any) will not exceed the total fees paid by the customer for the service in the last 30 days.

12.Payments and Refunds

• 12.1. Services are billed per hour or by configuration depending on the service type. Charges are deducted automatically during usage.


• 12.2. Refunds apply only when ckey.vn fails to provide the service as committed or for severe system faults, and customers must submit requests within a reasonable time.


• 12.3. No refunds are provided for customer violations, suspensions/terminations due to violations, or voluntary cancellations.


• 12.4. ckey.vn may refuse refunds in case of payment fraud or invalid refund requests.

These terms may be updated periodically to meet the latest requirements and standards of ckey.vn. Customers are responsible for monitoring these changes.
